Properties Available in Downtown Bridgeport

City Trust
Main building has art deco façade and first floor interior.  Renovation scheduled to be complete in 2008.  Building has been renovated to accommodate 118 housing units, 30,000 sf of retail space and 16,500 sf of office space. A 277-car garage is attached to the site.

Intermodal Office Building
A planned 250,000 +/- square foot development that will be built above the new Intermodal Transit Center in downtown Bridgeport.  The new Intermodal Transit Center will service local bus, intercity bus, Amtrak and Metro-North trains and will link to the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Ferry.  Airport limousine and taxis will also be available.
